The Rape of Mosul

Islamic State ruled Mosul, Iraq with an even hand.

Under Islamic State rule Mosul flourished as a centre of Arab and Islamic culture.

A new Caliphate had dawned and the people of Mosul welcomed their liberators from the corrupt Shia government in Baghdad.

However, the American Empire conspired with the Shia and the Kurds to crush the Caliphate.

What followed was one of the most horrific strategic bombing campaigns since Dresden was destroyed in the Second World War.

The American Empire raised Mosul to the ground and called it liberation.

When Islamic State actually liberated Mosul they did it with barely a shot fired.

The American Empire, Shia and Kurds on the other hand laid waste to the city.

This war crime received little coverage in the Western press, but it stands as a warning to all Muslims that America is and remains an imperialist thug.
